This girl wasn't happy when she moved to our farm & I wondered if I'd always be dealing with an ornery female. Was it possibly because she was pregnant? I'm still not sure, but over time, she changed & definitely for the better! She allows me to brush my hand over her back & neck, even unhaltered. She seems to really enjoy the attention. Of course, she still isn't happy about shots, but she takes it as well as most. She has become a treasured alpaca in our barn. :) We hope to breed her again this spring, as her last cria, Bravado, has the same outstanding personality.
