You open up the fleece and it has a WOW! factor. The architecture, staple formation, the independent staples, the organisation, the uniformity and structure across the blanket is representative of an elite fleece. At the 2023 Alpaca Quebec International Fleece Show, One of a Kind received for his 3rd fleece, 84 points showing 24.5/25 for Finesse & Handle, 10/10 for lack of guard hair, 8.5/10 for crimp, 4.5/5 for density. Stunning fineness of secondaries and primaries throughout! One of a Kind is just that. ONE OF A KIND! He is a combination of the Xclipse's Belenis line with Snowmass Everlasting Highlander XX. This combination resulted in a very uniform fleece with an SD 2.2 and 100% comfort. One of a Kind's 2022 SGS histogram also showed an SD below 3 at 2.7 and again 0% over 30. 2023 SGS histogram, that just came in, continues to show a very uniform results with just 0.1% >30 and an SD of 3.3 on a now working male. One of a Kind has a develop structured fleece, long, luxurious and buttery and received comments as "Good uniformity, crimp, brightness and OUTSTANDING! Tiger Lily Rejuvenation is a beautiful female we welcomed into our breeding program in 2023. Reggie, as she’s affectionately nicknamed on our farm, is correct in her conformation, with a gorgeous head. She is packing on a lot of fiber from head to toes. She has an incredibly sweet personality and quickly became one of my favourites for this reason. Reggie’s fleece is incredibly dense and bright. She is maintaining advanced organisation in her fleece that is consistent and uniform. Her career in the shows was shorten due to the pandemic. She managed to secure a Reserve Championship (behind the Supreme) at the A.L.P.A.C.A. Spring Show 2022. She brings into our breeding program genetics that are new to us, while also bringing back genetics that we’re familiar with. Her dam is a 2x Supreme & 12x Champion female, Tiger Lily Shaka’s Mercedes. Mercedes’s dam is the legendary Tiger Lily Samantha Ice, also 2x Supreme and Supreme Producer, making her a maternal sister to Tiger Lily Conopa’s Smoak, one of our previous herdsires. Rejuvenation’s maternal grandsire is Aztec Shaka, son of Snowmass Quechua’s Shahtoosh. Her sire is 7x Supreme TnC Genesis Next Generation who’s dam also won Supreme. With generations of Champions backing her up, Rejuvenation should produce only the best when bred to great herdsires, and that's exactly what she does! She produced an incredible white female sired by Caley's Ascension and a gorgeous brown female sired by Ariya Everlasting's One of A Kind.
