We spot a paintbrush stroke of grey on his back leg so we aren't sure what is going on there. Perhaps he will change colors after he is shorn? Regardless, he is strong, sturdy, and wonderfully dense yet fine. Can't wait to see how he develops! Well done with this one! We're delighted with her 2014 numbers. Her second fleece earned her a much deserved Reserve Championship. It was later sold to Our Back 40 for their incredible yarn. It is a sumptuous rosey brown. As a grey breeder, I keep thinking, "Well, maybe if I turn it just right in the light..." Before she was retired from the ring, to the breeding pens, Spring put in a stellar performance in both halter and fleece shows. She earned a Reserve Color Championship in the ring and another one in fleece. Even at 6, Spring looks wonderful. She has no conformational flaws, a perfect bite and is in continued perfect health. She's an easy birther, and a great dam... always plenty of milk and no nonsense bonding. Spring just gave us her third cria... a soft as fairy dust daughter out of Zeppelin. She has grey running through her blanket and on her ears. A lovely, well grown girl. Here comes the icing on the cake.
